Prime Preset ("Prime Preset," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website primepreset.com and sells digital products including photography presets, LUTs, and related content bundles. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

  • Payment information (processed by our payment providers, we never see or store full card numbers)

  • Pages viewed, time on site, referring website, and links clicked
  • Cart and checkout activity, including items added and checkouts not completed

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information such as government IDs, health data, or precise geolocation.

We collect information directly from you when you browse, add to cart, or check out. We also collect it automatically through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies operated by us and by the service providers listed below.

5. Advertising and analytics

We advertise on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) and use the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API on our site.

These tools tell us when someone who saw or clicked one of our ads later views a product, adds to cart, or completes a purchase. They also let us show ads to people who visited our site but did not buy, and to build audiences of people with similar characteristics.

This means Meta receives information about your activity on primepreset.com, including pages viewed and purchases made. Meta processes this information under its own terms and privacy policy, available at facebook.com/privacy/policy.

  • Adjust your Meta ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences
  • Opt out of interest-based advertising at optout.aboutads.info or youronlinechoices.eu
  • Use your browser's cookie controls or a "Do Not Track" / Global Privacy Control signal, which we honor where required by law

6. Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only with providers who help us run the business:

  • Shopify, store hosting, checkout, order management
  • Payment processors, processing card and wallet payments
  • Meta Platforms, advertising, measurement, and audience building
  • Email service provider, order emails and marketing
  • Analytics providers, understanding site usage

We may also disclose information when required by law, in response to valid legal process, to enforce our terms, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Some of these providers are located outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses for international transfers.

Note on "sale" and "sharing" under California law: our use of advertising cookies and pixels may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out using the methods in Section 5 or by contacting us.

7. Cookies

Our legal bases for processing are performance of a contract (fulfilling your order), legitimate interests (fraud prevention, improving our service, measuring advertising), consent (marketing and non-essential cookies), and legal obligation (tax records).

10. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, and payments are processed over encrypted connections by PCI-compliant providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children

Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Third-party links

Our site and emails may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their policies.

13. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version here and update the effective date. Material changes will be communicated where required.
